How long do treatments take?

Treatments range in their timing. We ask all guests to reserve at least an hour for services, keeping in mind, that your specific procedure maybe shorter or longer.

Is there downtime after treatments?

There is minimal downtime associated with most procedures, however, for dermal fillers and Botox, we recommend spacing this appointments 4-6 weeks away from VERY IMPORTANT events (i.e. weddings, tv/film recordings, events where you may be photo’d continuously.) This is, because full results may take up to 2 weeks, and touch-ups maybe needed.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

We recommend not drinking any alcohol, caffeine, or mood-altering substances, 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are taking supplements such as ginger, gingko, aspirin, Vitamin E, blood thinners, NSAIDs, please contact our office prior to your appointment for additional instructions.
We recommend patients with specific medical conditions that have questions to book a consultation prior to booking for services to address specific conditions.

What’s your cancellation policy?

At Face and Glow, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future visit if you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before your appointment.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future visit.

No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. As a courtesy, the charged amount can be applied as a credit toward a future service, which must be used within 3 months of the no-show date.
